Alphington Village Hall

I have just hired the hall for the first time for my daughter's birthday. Its big, clean, well lit with dimming lights and big windows. The walls are a lovely beige colour and the wooden floors go well with it giving the hall a warm feeling. The windows open if you need fresh air and there is a set of doors that open as well to an external passageway for air or for smokers. The place has undergone a massive renovation so the end result is modern, light and cosy. They have a fully equipped kitchen complete with a large fridge, boiler with hot water and industry scale dish washer. The hall manager in charge of bookings was beyond helpful. She is the most loveliest lady you will ever meet. Despite a very busy routine of her own, she made time for me if I had to quickly pop in prior to the event, to assess their lighting, take photos or try their WiFi etc to check if I can play my own music. Strongly recommend for any personal celebratory or corporate event or dance/martial art classes.

Can be used for a lot of different activities with 2 large rooms and a kitchen

We attended a funeral at the hall it was cosy, comfort and easy to mingle and the buffet was superb

Beautiful hall, very tastefully decorated. Parking options quite limited but otherwise excellent facilities.
