Staff go above and beyond to meet the requirements of guests. They are warm, welcoming and friendly and make sure they deliver 100% customer satisfaction. This was my 2nd stay here and I would highly recommend and look forward ro returning. Rooms are spotless and staff are always on hand to meet any other requirements I.e extra towels etc.

Beautiful room Premier Plus. Even although we were not in a disabled access room (our fault, not the staff) the room was big enough to move around comfortably in my wheelchair. All the showers are walk in so if you are ambulatory, like me, you can access the showers fine with assistance. My husband was travelling with me, so i had any help i needed. Usual accessible rooms are all on the ground floor. Ours was on the first floor, but there was easy lift access. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We give 5* because security was very good. Key needed to gain access to the corridors leading to the rooms. Service people were pleasant. The room was very hot but the fan they provided wasn't very helpful. Air conditioning is needed. Breakfast was OK, but the bacon was covered in black burnt bits from their hot plate, which spread all over the other food on our plates.

Wow re cost of pint. Very cheap. Would b paying a extra £1.80 in my area. Pity I am up and out early meaning I could only have 2.Pity regarding food. Limited menu and very basic.

I did not like my room constant noise of banging and throughout the night. It was not an enjoyable stay for me. Especially as I was working. No shaving socket in the bathroom. And Internet was very poor kept disconnecting every 5 minutes and while connected the speed was very slow.

Great staff, located a bit outside the centre of Elgin. Rooms usual Premier Inn, clean, comfy good room tray, about 100 Freeview channels. Can't comment on WiFi as it was broken down. Big BUT was the temperature in the room which was on the 2nd floor. 25.5C in the middle of the night was unbearable even with the noisy fan. They do state no aircon but they didn't say you'd get roasted! Some means of effectively getting fresh air Inn badly needed.

Really nice hotel to stay in whilst exploring the areas near and far, our room was really nice with a decent walk-in shower, bed was comfy as well, but it was only a double, wife loved the chair that was in the room, and wished she could take it home for our house.

Went for upgrade room a few things let it down firstly the carpet was pretty disgusting needs a good clean and very cheap toilet rolls thought it might have been a bit better for a premium room also shower grouting needs a good clean a bit mouldy otherwise the room was good bed comfortable and clean staff excellent would go back if they clean up there act.

We enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn Elgin.The rooms were clean and comfortable, however it got very hot and stuffy during the night even with the fan they provided on. It was 26 degrees which resulted in a restless night sleep.The free WiFi was also down on the first night of our stay.Breakfast at the Brewers Inn was very good.Excellent location for using local amenities in Elgin.

There's no air-conditioning in the rooms but they put a fan in to try and cool what was an incredibly hot few days.I tried to check in early but was told there was an extra £10 charge.But despite the above the staff were very friendly the hotel was spotless and the new style shower instead of bath with shower head was a big hit.
