A great experience in your store over the weekend. Jen really took the time to help us and go through in great detail the difference in mattresses and bed frames for our needs. Literally hours passed so fast and made a lovely purchase we are looking forward too now :)

We had such a fun and lovely experience mattress shopping. Jen was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and turned something that seemed a bit overwhelming/confusing, into a well-guided tour towards the perfect mattress. She respected our budget but we were so impressed with our tailored options, that we happily spent a little extra for the mattress of our dreammmsss. Thanks a million!

A good all round experience. Dan, the sales assistant, was very helpful. He was very thorough explaining the many differences between mattresses and allowed us plenty of 'alone' time to try out and narrow down our choices. Thank you.

Brilliant experience. They have a diagnostic bed for scientifically figuring out the ideal bed options for you. The team was friendly and helpful. They had a little problem with stock levels in the computer that held up my purchase for several minutes, so they gave me a 5% discount! No complaints from me! Very glad I started shopping for my bed there. I didn't have to bother going anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Dan was extremely helpful and I enjoyed being lulled and massaged by Stacey ( technical dream machine which is voiced by Joanna Page who plays Stacey in Gavin and Stacey). The service offered was friendly and helpful. Made a purchase - just hope for the sake of my shoulder and hip that Stacey and Dan made the right recommendations!!!

Was looking to purchase a bed at this store. A specific ottoman bed was advertised at £1,099, when attempting to purchase the bed I was told that the price is for the static version and not the ottoman, an additional £200 would be required. There was no mention of this on the price display that was on the bed at all. This is clearly a misleading sales tactic that Dreams has opted for. The least you can expect is for the price to reflect the product that is on display, not a different product.

The attention and detail from the staff at this branch are 5 star, we have ordered twice from this store now with the past years, would highly recommend. On this occasion Jennifer was 5star, she is a credit to the store, she made us welcome, very informative and friendly lady.
