Worst experience ever ordering a replacement shower part on line. I placed the order on 1 Aug and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I tried to go to a specialist vender but based on my experience I should have ordered from Amazon. ☹️

What a super Company to deal with!! The Customer Service is second-to-none, I had absolutely no idea what seal to order for our Italian glass shower screen, but within minutes of sending an email, I got a response with advice, and an offer to send some samples that may do the job. Having ordered the samples, they arrived within 2 days, and having placed the final order late on a Thursday afternoon, the replacement seal arrived the following day, and has done the job beautifully. Friendly, efficient advice, and ultra-fast follow up. I cannot fault them in any way.

We ordered a new seal for our shower screen from Shower Seal UK Ltd and their service was first class. They recommended sending us a free of charge sample first to make sure that the seal would fit. It did, and the result is we've made our shower screen look like new again. Thanks to all who helped us.

Really pleased, great customer service. One of the seals I ordered was damaged when the protective layer was removed, I sent a couple of pictures through what’s app and they offered to replace it straight away. The new seal arrived within a couple of days! Fantastic

Super impressed with this company. I couldn't believe the variety available. It was nice to choose a seal that I liked the look of and would also work for my shower. We used the opportunity to purchase the £1 sample (shipping free of charge) to be sure that it was what we wanted. I then ordered 2 seals (glass pane for shower/bath) and installed them easily. Tested them and no water comes through. The quality of the product is really good and they make my shower/bath look so much better with the new seals. And they shipped super fast after I ordered. I ordered Tuesday night and received the products on Thursday morning (I didn't even choose the fast shipping option). Highly recommend!

I ordered some samples of a channel seal for a Crosswater shower enclosure which was discontinued. Having selected one of the samples that was the nearest match I ordered the seal. I can't fault this company, their products are delivered in lightning speed and they are top quality. Communication via email is also first class.The seal I purchased is black, which looks even better than the original grey seal. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again and would highly recommend it.

Excellent service, daughter recently moved into a property with an existing curved shower screen but bottom seal was missing. After contacting Shower Seal UK Ltd and sending some dimensions and photos to Darren they manufactured a new seal. Ordered Tuesday, delivered Thursday and fitted perfectly Friday. Excellent service and now to order some rollers for my own shower screen from them.

The best customer service I have ever received. The door seals on my ancient Mira shower enclosure had perished. Mira no longer stocked them but helpfully shared a link to Showerseals UK. I sent a WhatsApp photo to this company and received a link to a suitable replacement straight away. The sample was dispatched within minutes and received the next day, when I was able to order a pair of seals, cut to size. It makes me very happy that specialist companies like this exist They must save so many showers from going to landfill. Thank you.
