I wanted to get a bespoke engagement ring. Wasn't sure on what I was doing but I had two places as inspiration and a couple of photos. Tom and the team walked me through everything I needed to know and designed something utterly incredible; what they managed to do was beyond what I had hoped for. I couldn't have asked for better service and support. I will forever be a lifelong loyal customer. Massive thank you to the whole team.

Professional, friendly, exemplary service. Not once were we worried about either the engagement ring or the wonderful wedding ring made to match. We cannot rate them high enough! You get (as their name says) a bespoke service. Looking forward to wearing them for the rest of my life :)

Went here after two other friends had positive experiences and I wasn’t disappointed. Emily and Deborah helped me, a philistine, design a beautiful ring for my now fiancé. The process was easy, educational, and incredibly rewarding, and the ring is absolutely beautiful. We love knowing it’s a bespoke, one of a kind ring. The atmosphere every time I’ve been into the Primrose Hill branch has been lovely. Every single member of staff and customer has been beaming pretty much constantly, and the reams of thank you cards all over the walls tell you how delighted everyone who deals with them ends up being with every part of their service. The free first resize was a fantastic bonus also!

A wonderful experience, end-to-end. I worked with Emily on a pair of custom engagement rings and I can wholeheartedly recommend the process to everyone!From the beginning Emily, her assistant Deborah and the team have been supportive, attentive and determined to realise the design I had in mind. The finished pieces turned out better than I had even imagined! My partner in particular gets so many compliments on her ring, and many people have remarked that it’s all the more special for being bespoke.We’re so happy with the engagement rings that we already have an appointment to start work on matching custom wedding rings. I’ll certainly be looking out for more opportunities to order bespoke items in future.

I travelled to visit Harriet Kelsall in London, as I wanted to have my wedding ring designed, and my local jewellers weren't able to facilitate the design process.This was easily organised and I really valued being able to sit with Emily, who took the time to get the design I wanted right and then show me how the ring would look in real life. She is a very talented designer and really listens!The finished piece is beautiful, and one that I get many compliments about! I will certainly return in the future and would recommend highly to anyone wanting to have something special made just for them.

I contacted HK Jewellery to design and craft a bespoke engagement for my girlfriend.From the initial design consultation all the way through to asking the question Tom and his team were there with a solution for everything. The design was exactly what I wanted (but couldn't put into words) and the craftsmanship is beautiful.They've been an amazing company to work with and I would recomment them to anyone :)

The team here is wonderful. Tom and his crew took a lovely family stone and made it into a heirloom. They are knowledgeable, communicative and creative - while this wasn’t an engagement piece I can’t imagine anywhere better to design an engagement or wedding ring.
