Worst customer service around. They will quite literally hang up on you whilst you have been on hold for 40mins. The representatives are dittery and not with it. Go elsewhere

I took out a full AXA health policy costing nearly £900 per year .When I fell ill with Strokes and heart problems AXA said they have removed most of their services including hospitals. Offering only a phone doctor service for my strokes" and needed heart surgery.Can you imagine paying £80 every month for 2 years thinking my health is fully covered
