Assure Building Control
Sent 4 different building inspectors out during job, all have different views. Office admin very rude, requested a pm visit so they sent inspector out before 9am garentees we were wrong and that we requested am visit although no notes or call recordings to back this, continued to argue her point with me, also stated that the BC involved had 20 site visits and has not got time to come back to inspect the trail hole so we have no choice but to back fill for safety reasons and redo all the work tomorrow. clearly over worked.

The service quality very poor, they have no idea what they are doing, poor communication and poor administration. the building inspectors used full.off attitude helpless guys no idea what they are talking. Do not waste your.monies with these cowboys !!!!!

I am a local builder from Newcastle who uses this company for my projects, I mainly deal with Jon as he coves anywhere north of the Tyne.Jon and the company as a whole are easy to book visits with, very helpful in resolving potential issues and getting the work signed off. I would recommend giving them a try for your own projects.
