It’s so nice to find a garage that’s approachable, friendly and reasonably priced. I took it in to be looked at, and it was assessed and fixed there and then! As someone who knows nothing about cars, I didn’t feel patronised or uncomfortable as I have at other garages in the past. I won’t go anywhere else now. It’s already booked in for its next visit! Jones Automotive came to the rescue after my clutch literally fell to pieces on the way home from work one night. Daryl and Lauren were a pleasure to deal with, dealing with any inquiry and minor issue I had, going that extra mile. They managed to fit me in for a repair quickly and with short notice too. Recovery and a courtesy car were both offered, making it easy to not bring my working life to a standstill while I waited for the repair to be done, and, they went out of their way to make effective arrangements for me to pick up the car and return their courtesy car. The icing on the cake was the price. Very reasonable for all their hard work. The best price and the best service are not something you find often, but I did with Jones Automotive! Daryl, Lauren, and Jones Automotive truly are a credit to their trade!

So i Spoke with Daryl, who put me at ease straight away, he came out looked, took and fixed my car all within 24hrs. Couldnt be more great full. Excellent service. reliable and friendly . What I love about Jones automotive is that no matter how busy they are, they will always find the time to check my car for me and get me booked in. Plus I don't have to wait weeks like at my previous garage.Daryl is very reliable and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. I have had not had much luck with other garages, and thought I would never find a good one. Especially as it is so difficult to find a mechanic you can trust and rely on, but I'm really pleased and relieved that I finally found Jones automotive. Daryl has done a fantastic job on both mine and my wife's cars over the past year and I wouldn't take them anywhere else now. If you want a reliable and honest garage and peace of mind that you will get a fair price and good honest advice then I highly recommend this garage.

Highly recommend Jones Automotive, my mini cooper needed to be repaired, Jones Automotive fitted me in quickly, even picked my car up from my house and sorted it all out and I had it repaired all in the same day, with an MOT. Really reliable good company, will be coming here for all my car needs.
