My Grandson wanted to upgrade his gaming experience from a console to a PC. Together we did loads of researching online but the options were confusing. So confusing that we needed an expert to guide us. Tried a few and became even more confused. Worst still I became concerned that their motive was to upsell their own equipment. A friend recommended Matt and when I spoke to him it was like a weight of my shoulders. He explained in simple terms what a good gaming PC needed. Spoke about entry level equipment. And what to expect from each price range. We decided on our budget and Matt built a PC to our needs. Once built he invited us to his home office and showed us it running. Answered all our questions and we came home with a full build which took 10 mins to set up. I’ve since had a few questions. Matt has been so helpful and to be honest made the whole experience a delight and enjoyable for me and my grandson. Highly recommend

I recently moved to Manchester from Poland and brought only my most essential computer parts with me (CPU, VCard, RAM, Motherboard) and purchased a new desktop tower and power supply. I plugged it all in, turned on the power and the PC would not turn on except the RAM RGB light turned on. I was confused because I thought I knew what I was doing. I unplugged everything and tried again with the same result. I then called Perun Computers, Matt instructed me to send pictures and to bring my whole rig to his location. He offered me a fair price for service of £30. I went in expecting that he would just plug everything in correctly and that's it. However, Matt went above and beyond during the hour. He performed cable management, noticed 1/2 of my VCard fans were spinning but assured me it was fine. I informed him that my PC has had overheating issues in the past. Matt then performed a stress test of my PC and indeed it was overheating quickly. He asked if I ever replaced the thermal gel of my VCard before, to which I said no. He promptly took it and opened up my VCard, cleaned it thoroughly and applied new thermal paste. He performed a second stress test with significantly better results.Matt went above and beyond. He offered quality service, much more than I ever expected I would get for the price of £30. I walked out feeling extremely satisfied as a customer and said out loud to my friend who accompanied me Now THATS service!".I will definitely be returning to him if I have any problems in the future. I also highly recommended him to my friends as well if they need some PC support or thinking about purchasing a refurbished budget PC."

I wanted a custom-built computer, and Matt at Perun did an excellent job. He talked me through the build specifications and my requirements and also supplied a keyboard and mouse. Matt informed me of each stage of the build, provided photos, and estimated day of completion. On completion/collection, Matt gave me a demonstration of the computer.
