Of all the companies we emailed Cosey Homes were the only ones to respond. Booked online they liased with the seller to arrange the best date. Peter our Surveyor called on completion of the survey and gave us a heads up what we could expect in the report. The report was excellent very clear and filled with information. Fantastic service very pleased.

Would highly recommend this company. My surveyor Peter Jones compiled his report that was easy to understand and without technical jargon. It was clear and concise with photographic details.All the staff were extremely helpful.Arranging the surveyor visit to the property was all done via Cosey Homes making the whole process stress free!

Great communication and a fantastic surveyor. Extremely happy with the in-depth report. I cannot recommend more highly getting an in-depth building survey (Level 3) if you are considering buying an older property pre purchase. Happy with the level of contact and would recommend to anyone looking for a surveyor. No need to worry that they may not have a local office in your area, it makes no difference as they only appoint a surveyor familiar with your location.

Very good service. Possibly an email from the surveyor to say when they were going to do the survey and a little chat afterwards to say what they thought ie overall it was good with one major concern or there are some serious concerns here (though I understand this might not be very efficient)

An excellent company, I have used them 3 times now. Each time they were professional, thorough and efficient. They are competitively priced. The detailed reports were sent to me on time. The fact that it is all done on the phone or email, means the company scores well as a ‘green’ company. I would have no problem highly recommending them to anyone looking for a survey.

Our surveyor, Peter Jones, provided a great service. He was so thorough and gave a really comprehensive breakdown of issues noted on our structural survey over the phone the day after the survey and was happy to answer a number of questions for us. He was polite and courteous. We received a full report within 5 working days of the survey as agreed. Staff on phoneline were attentive and proactive.
