Very pleased with my new vehicle that I purchased from John.Also very happy with the customer service and vehicle cleaning and prep that John and his team carried out.There were a couple of items that were broken and needed replacing on the vehicle that John did not have in stock at the time due to the mail/ shipping delays.John went out of his way to collect the parts, deliver and install the parts to my Mercedes and would certainly use JB Motor Company again or even recommend them to who ever is looking to purchase a vehicle and get 10/10 service along the way.Thank you again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Purchased the vehicle before it went on general sale. Everything was processed promptly including delivery. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for these guys, from including some wheel caps to removing the roof rack. Absolutely 5 star.

Bought an isuzu D-max from them & had nothing but trouble with vehicle since day 1. Vehicle was sold with extremely worn brakes and vehicle has recently been in a main isuzu dealer for over a week for clutch faults & airbag fault which vehicle has had in past according to service history. In total I've now spent over £3,000 getting this vehicle in a condition it should have been in before it was even put up for sale. Its my fault as I should have looked at vehicle before instead of looking at walk round video.

AWESOME truck (Ford Ranger) purchased from here. It’s absolutely perfect and has been looked after with so much TLC. I would highly recommend buying from JB Motor Company. They’re super friendly, honest, professional, they definitely go the extra mile to ensure your buying experience with them is fantastic. Bought my Van from J B Motors back in November last year.On recieving, the vehicle, there was something wrong with the start up of the engine.After multiple visits to the garage for several different parts to be replaced each time (each paid for by JB Motors, under warranty).Eventualy, the van was dropped to Ford for diagnosis (again, paid for by J.B.M.); they recommended the only long term fix was a whole new engine, which thank goodness, J.B. Motors also covered the cost of.I am very happy with my van, touch wood it has served me very well since all has been sorted and I'm so very appreciative that the van issues were all solved.Thanks again John,- Sam

From start to finish the service was professional and great.The van was a great deal and was local to myself.Andy answered all questions and wasn’t pushy either.There was a problem with the van about a 6 weeks after purchase. It was diagnosed and sorted without question to their expense.All round great experience and will definitely purchase again from this garage.

Great van and really great aftersales. Had a couple of niggles which got sorted out very quickly without any quibbles. Highly recommended without hesitation.

Initial purchase and delivery of the van was excellent. Would have been a 5 star review but just a slight issue popped up with some documents missing on the service record. John (owner) has rectified this and sorted the problem out as soon as he found out. Thanks guys
