I reported a boiler problem at a property I rent out. Their response was fast, their work first class and the price charged, very fair. The tenants were delighted.

We were left without heating and hot water due to another engineer. Rhys came out and fixed the problem super fast. He was transparent with his pricing and communication was excellent. We now have a list of jobs for him and have no problem recommending him 100%

First of all, it was very hard to find a gas installer for hob installation and inspection that wasn't booked up up for weeks and didn't cost atleast 100- Bear responded immediately, came in just over a week and charged less than anyone else(70£) . His attitude was respectful , friendly, optimistic and non patronising- and he explained things to you as he did them .In addition , The gas hob had a smaller fitting and he managed to adapt it -and ;the hole had been cut a bit too.large for the hob and he secured it for us . He was very thorough and informative when he did the inspection also .I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed a gas fitter.

Rhys and his team replaced a very old boiler with a new combi within just a days work. Very pleased with his work, he’s always on time and turns up when he says he will. Thanks for the recommendation to move to boiler into the loft so it’s out the way, we hadn’t thought of that.
