Ran into trouble (after 2 years of ownership) with my Jura ENA 4. Quick exchange with Paul over WhatsApp, dropped the machine off a day later and picked it up the next.Machine is perfectly working again, Paul came across as professional, knowledgeable and yet perfectly approachable. Best service I have had (for anything) in a long time!Note to potential customers: Yes, the place is in a driveway behind a shop front, but it's not the outer appeal that counts here! Pauls car seems to be generally parked in front of the workshop door. You can park both sides of the road in front of the shops and carry to the back, or drive to the back and try to turn around - I did the former.
