If I could give Lulu more than five starts I would! Her yoga has something for everyone however they are feeling - energising vinyasa flows, calm stretchy classes, deeply restorative yin yoga, and blissful sound journeys where you are transported to a whole new level of relaxation. She gives lots of support and guidance to beginners but also challenges more experienced yogis to push their capabilities. Her massage skills are also the best I have come across. I contacted Lulu when I was suffering with terrible back pain , after one massage + cupping session and a couple of days of laying on a shakti mat (Lulu’s recommendation) my back was back to normal. She is a magical person and we are so lucky to have her nearby.

Lulu is an angel with healing hands! I arrived with such tight muscles and pain in my neck, back and shoulders but after an hour of massage and cupping I was left feeling renewed. Where there was stiffness there were relaxed, soft muscles and the pain from all that tension was just gone! I felt like I had a new back and like I'd really taken time to look after myself and give my body what it deserves and needed. I've been for Gong Baths with Lulu before too and she makes you feel so welcome and creates such a special and safe place for you to be vulnerable and let go and receive what you most need. All in a beautifully tranquil setting surrounded by nature. Just bliss.

Yoga with Lulu is magical - her teaching style is intuitive, playful, physical yet calm. She perfectly balances instruction with freedom . Her studio is a slice of heaven - immersed in nature with real-life birdsong. Worries and stresses melt away as soon as you enter. Lulu’s positive energy exudes from the moment you meet her and through every class.And then there is her massage. She really does get the job done. Skilful at identifying tight areas and then she works her magic. Best I’ve had by miles. Thoroughly recommend her for both.

Had one of the most amazing massages with Lulu, seriously one of the best I’ve had in the world.. you can feel she cares a lot and understands deeply about what is going on with your body and how to improve any issues. Lulu is so talented and passionate about her work. She's a warm, welcoming soul who makes you feel comfortable. I've had massages on 2 occasions and would definitely go back. When you leave Lulu you will feel clearer, lighter and more connected! This has been my experience every-time I have been to see her, I have enjoyed yoga sessions, full-body massages (pregnancy & post baby) followed by private gong baths as well as attending her group Yin and Gong nights. I have always floated away feeling healed. If you are in need of even a little bit of self-care or a short escape, you should 100% book with Lulu, she has the magic touch!

Where to begin?! I visit Lulu as regularly as I possibly can and then even that is not enough. From the minute you drive in you know you’re in a special place and that’s before the puppies and chickens and various other furbabies appear to greet you! I first found Lulu through her sound baths which are just magical, powerful and everything that you personally need them to be in that moment. From there I started to have massages from her, sometimes on their own, sometimes with the gong to finish and sometimes with the crazily intense but necessary cupping. When I tell you she has magic hands I do not exaggerate. She simply is not allowed to ever stop practicing cos I don’t know what I’ll do. I cannot recommend her enough. It’s a physical, emotional and spiritual healing experience and really can’t be captured sufficiently in words. 10/10 and all the stars possible ❤️

I have known Lulu for nearly a year - in that time I have attended her Yoga, Sound Baths, Massage and a retreat day. There aren’t words to describe the all healing experience that you have when with Lulu. She is truly such an incredible soul and always takes time to ensure anything you’re doing with her is in your comfort, understood and guided. Lulu is especially welcoming to anyone new, or shy/anxious and has the ability to put everyone at ease. The spaces are always warm, friendly and radiate a magnificent energy.
