Quick service and friendly driver. Used 15th November 2023 again lovely and helpful staff on telephone (Dinky) thank you so much for getting us a taxi from hospital to wisbech. Also Jeff your taxi driver ever so friendly and so considerate as friend had operation, couldn't ask for a more friendlier and professional company thank you.

If I could give a negative score I would. We pre booked a return journey and quoted £27 each way. Taxi showed up 25 mins late (not drivers fault) Then took us to a different address and tried to charge £40. Return journey driver rocks up casually asking for £60. Bunch of cowboys DO NOT USE

The taxi drivers are nice and nearly all of them have card readers ( I think only 3 don't), so you don't have to worry about paying cash or card. However If I had to recommend 2 drivers, it would be mobile 6 and mobile 12, they are always friendly and open to conversation. The company also charges by 'zones' ( e.g fairstead, north Wotton etc) which I guess is a downside, since I use this service weekly, I used to pay around £6-7 but now I pay around £8-9. The service is also slow so you need to pre-book more than 20 minutes before, which Is why I'm not giving it a 5 star rating.

Fantastic company. Always on time and reliable for taking my daughter to college last year. Also for other times, that we've needed a taxi. Drivers always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this company.

To be blunt, I gave them minimal information and not even a realistic pick up times - or so I thought - as I was lost - they directed me to where I needed to be, picked me up early, and got me home promptly!! Went above and beyond, what a little gem of a cab company !! If you are in Norfolk, especially kings Lynn, use these guys !!

Great service from their Driver Nikki W, nice clean car and full of information about the local area! I’d never been to Kings Lynn before and he pointed out the best places. Even helped me work on my Norfolk accent!He picked me again later that night where I’d perfected my accent of “what you saying boy”Thanks again

I called the taxi company and ordered my cab, who arrived just before the time i ordered it. Nice touch.I believe the taxi drivers name was Nikki. Wow, what a guy.I did tell him at the start that i was a really panicky passenger, straight away he made me feel at ease. Such a nice young man and full of information of the local area.I couldn't help but notice his very nice watch he had on show, my kind of style. I like this guy.Will 100% be booking up again, thanks for an amazing journey.
