I brought my cockapoo Monty here after a bad experience elsewhere. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on, David was welcoming and so good with Monty who can be nervous! I’d recommend to anyone struggling to find a good and reliable groomer!

I had trouble finding a groomer to take my dog on since he's anxious and becomes aggressive with strangers. David put me and my dog right at ease with his calmness and confidence. Delighted that he was able to groom him and will definitely be returning for future grooms.

The best dog groomer ever. Not only does David do an amazing job but he looks after all his customers dogs like they are his own. I feel like I’m dropping them off for a day out! He’s so skilled and just gorgeous with the dogs…if you need your dog grooming. Don’t go anywhere else…VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Couldn’t recommend a better dog groomer than David, he’s so welcoming you can just tell from the moment you walk in he absolutely loves what he does. Very professional from start to finish. We can't thank David enough for taking care of our new dog, Phillip, during his first ever groom. He is a rescue dog and came to us a bit matted and dirty. Phillip is anxious however David was wonderful and clearly very knowledgeable. Phillip returned to us looking and smelling fantastic. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again.

I wish I could leave a good review, but there's been a serie of unprofessional behaviours from this business owner.From starting, we had an appointment for grooming our dog, we arranged our calendars so we could both work from home and attend to the appointment. An hour before the appointment, the guy called us to ask us to rearrange the appointment because he had to sharp the scissors for cockapoos... really? What kind of groomer don't have his working tools ready for doing his job? And an hour before the appointment? Really??! So, unhappily, we rearranged the appointment for the next day.The following day, after rearranging our schedule for being available for the appointment, we got to the shop and it was closed. I called him, multiple times, texted him and no response. We knocked on the door and no response. So obviously we left. No response from the groomer on that day.The next day I receive a text saying that his dryer got on fire and he left in a rush to buy a new dryer for his next day customers and left his phone behind. How professional....He got a 1star review because, obviously, our experience wasn't good and he was far from professional and rather than admitting the errors and apologise and promise that it won't happen again, what did he do? Text ME demanding for us to remove the 1star review, threatening me with sending my phone number to other dog groomers in the area so they block my number and saying that he doesn't need customers like us. Like if we would had done anything apart from being honest about the service received, or not received in this case.Unfortunately, with all the wasted time and the text threats I will not recommend this groomer.

First time getting our old English sheepdog groomed and David was amazing at handling her and went above and beyond especially Winnie being a very anxious dog! Lovely experience, we'll be coming here regularly now! Thankyou so much!

David was extremely welcoming and accommodating of my dope of a dog. My Chow came back smelling great and looking super smart. He had a big smile on his face too so must have loved his time here. After he was strutting with a new sense of confidence and swagger. Super happy with the service myself and my dog received and already booked in for a return visit. Can't praise enough.
