Ordered glass cups from pro-med this which was sad because royal mail was on strike and other delivery companies weren't delivering on time i was supposed to recieve the parcel through Yodel.However after speaking to pro-med staff who which spoke so kindly with respect they worked on using another company for me to receive the product the next day Al Hamdu Lillah I got it on time as I had an appointment the next day with a client. Glass cups are amazing quality cannot fault it. Best customer service provided yet! Definitely would recommend to others 100%

I bought some glass cups for fire cupping and some plastic cups for wet cupping. The cups are cheaper than the other wholesale suppliers, and they do the job excellently. The glass cups work amazingly , and they are nonslip, which make the job easier. Plastic cups are also very good quality and they didn't leak at all. Definitely recommends these suppliers to buy your cups. Customer service is excellent.

Quality service and goods. Great service and packaging for the glass cups I ordered to ensure they didn't get damaged in the post. The bamboo cups are great quality also nothing like the cheap quality cups you'll find on ebay!
