Used to think this hospital was fantastic, until a certain doctor from the a&e department made vile comments about someones mental wellbeing and state of mind. Absolutely disgusting.

Been transferred to UTC from A&E… 4 hours later still here and still waiting. How is it urgent care if ur still waiting with a 2 year old with a body temp of 39.1 and has projectile vomitted in the waiting area. Disgusting. MORE STAFF NEEDED or MORE STAFF ON SHIFT. One more thing, either train the receptionists to be more friendly or sack them and give the job to someone who actually cares, zero empathy.The above was written around 2am. It is now 4:10am!! I’m flabbergasted at the complete disregard a hospital has got for its patients who are in dyer need of attention. Shocking, absolutely shocking this whole experience has been.

I would go for zero star if there is an option. Nobody cares about the patients! Terrible experience. My brother was sent to A&E due to unknown severe pain. He sat in the A&E for more than 12 hours, even without providing him a bed to lay down. After x-ray checking, the nurse told him to walk downstairs while still in severe pain! They treat patients with no empathy!My brother admitted to another A&E and after a CT scan, he has been diagnosed of gastrointestinal perforation!

111 sent me there, the worst service in my life so far. Waited for 5 hours in reception with my 11 month baby ended up no treatment at all. They dont have the facilities to complete chekup then whats the reason for such time waste. NHS is broken no doubt. Even they kept 6/7 hours waiting for 2 month 1 month old babies. Disgusting service. Went there for first time and for sure this would be my last visit in there.

My wife had her discharge delayed last night because she had a bp reading which was in the 200/70. We explained that she had white coat syndrome which has caused problems in the past.The reading was 150/70 when we took a reading once we arrived home and was normal this morning.

Treatment is great however, the receptionists are a massive let down. The nurse inside the treatment room said, 'I can't believe they made you wait considering the condition your in'.They don't consider the severity of the patients.

Absolutely phenomenal experience here as a foreigner when I injured my knee. Was shocked I didn't have to pay for anything as I was just tourist at the time. They were very caring and took the time to explain everything to me. And many thanks to everyone who was patient with m due to the pain I was in.

THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF THE WAITING TIME HERE IS 4 HOURS AT LEAST. ALSO WHEN YOU GO TO THE FRONT DESK AS YOU WALK IN THEY DO NOT HELP YOU PROPERLY. THEY SHOULD TRAIN THESE RECEPTIONISTS ON HOW TO A BETTER JOB. THEY HAVE TWO DIFFERENT AREAS FOR TREATMENT BUT THE FRONT DESK IS NOT LABELED CORRECTLY SO YOU DON’T KNOW WHICH HALF OF THE SAME DESK TO SPEAK TO EITHER THE ONE ON THE LEFT OR RIGHT.
