Disgusting company ordered a car seat base for my new born never arrived was told I won't get a refund as parcel force say it has been. 2 months of emails little or no response from them. Dont use this company for anything. I'm know out of pocket £100 because of them and they pride themselves on family values

Earthlets gained me one of the worst shopping experiences: the product I ordered back in January never arrived in Germany and got returned to Earthlets UK warehouse. Since February I've been waiting for the refund of my money but I get flimsy excuses instead. Do yourself a favor and buy your stuff somewhere else

Contacted them on email, phone and Instagram multiple times for product enquiry and they don't bother to respond even after weeks.I am glad I didn't buy any product with them as reaching out to them incase would be impossible.Thanks but no thanks !

Fraud company.I ordered items for my friend's baby shower. I have been contacting them for the last 2 months and they have made excuses to why the products never arrived and told me to wait as they are experiencing delays due to brexit.Its now been over 2 months and my friend never received the items.This company is a scam company. Avoid purchasing with them.
