down to earth absolutely brilliant. After being refused to be seen by my 2 local vets because my boy wasn't registered even though I explained that I thought he was dying Townsends had no problem at all by 1030 that morning he had been seen and now doing brilliant Wendy's a god send

Townsend Veterinary Practice - Rubery
I visited both the Rubery and Bromsgrove branches of Townsend Vets numerous times in the past and I was left bewildered at their lack of compassion, care, understanding and general customer service. I found them to be very inexperienced and they lacked general knowledge of small mammals. Townsend Vets seem to only care about maximising their profits. I shall never forgive them for the way in which they treated my best friend, who sadly passed away due to their own failures.For anyone reading this review and thinking of registering here: please avoid Townsend Vets like the plague!

Townsend Veterinary Practice - Rubery
It's the only vet practise where my cat hasn't thrown a hissy fit and peed on everyone. They let us enter the examination room too, this has helped a lot as our chap gets very anxious when we're not there during what I can only imagine he views as torture in the form of a health checkup.
