Ilkley Moor car park

Its a very nice place for a short or long walk. I've been here several times. You can climb, have a rest or go on a walk. I would suggest coming here for a few hours if you have nothing to do or if you're interested.

Amazingly perfect place to walk. Toilets and cafe on the site. Parking is free of charge. Lots of photo spots.

Best place to walk dogs in Ilkley

Very poor car park. The car park is very poorly sign posted if you are coming from the town centre direction. We were forced to pull into a layby on wasteland just after the entrance, which was do unlevel my partner nearly took the bumpers off her car.The surface of the main carpark is loose and easy to slip on. The information sign in the car park wasn't very informative about the rocks you are about to view. There were cigarette lighters thrown around which worked and could have been used by children which could have resulted in a moorland fire.Apart from my complaints, the reason you are at this carpark is to see the Cow and Calf rocks and the Moors which are Jaw droppingly beautiful. 10/10 for the scenery.

Amazing walk, lots of different paths you can take

Excellent place to start exploring Ilkley Moor from. Good surface, plenty of space and a little cafe, also just a couple of minutes walk to the Cow and Calf pub, which is well worth a stop.

Lovely views but the car park way too small for the number of people visiting.. Cafe/kiosk could do with an update and made bigger.

It’s a nice place for a weekend walk with families.

Big car park so easy to start a walk on Ilkley moor from there. Cafe and toilets for a donation.

Good size car park, there were spaces even on Saturday, which is as busy as it gets there I imagine. There's a small cafe, which I have not tried with ot being a pandemic. All in all, very convenient to park if you go for a hike or a climb.
