Simon, George and Farabi have provided an excellent service to us time and time again. We are not professional landlords, living at a distance from the property and with a young family, and this has only been possible because they have gone above and beyond for us. Farabi, Simon and George have been a pleasure to work with during my experience of looking for and securing a new rented flat, especially considering my tight deadline. Farabi, in particular, was very help ensuring all my questions were answered, as was Simon with any issues that arose.

So this is specifically a review for Hannah Jenkins, it is a bit of a rant because she is not a reflection of the rest of her team. She became our new property manager a year or so and we are so impressed with how on the ball she is. Her communication is unbelievably quick, she takes issues seriously and properly deals with them. She has fixed almost every problem we have thrown at her and if you are her manager reading this, give the woman a raise and a promotion, because i have spoken to most people at the docklands branch, and non are as good as her, she is most definitely more competent and able than many of her seniors. The rest (including senior management) take a while to reply, they don’t act on actions and leave you to chase, but Hannah has updated us throughout every process, and she’s improved our relationship with the branch and without her we would have definitely have left and not renewed our lease. Whatever you’re paying this woman, it’s not enough.

Farabi, George & Simon have been so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with! Farabi took the stress out of finding our new flat and ensured everything was sent across and next steps were clear along the way. George was so kind and helpful with flat viewings and taking our calls at any time and Simon helped make our moving in process very smooth.Lloyd and I want to say a massive thank you to all the team. Dealing with Portico teams has been an amazing experience for me. Farabi has been of great help to us.
