Matthew is top man, Came out on a weekend on his day off to sort out my worktop even though his stopped doing it now and does engraving. He still did it for us as a favour, Can’t appreciate it enough mate. Would 100% Recommend if you need work done, Matthew is trustable and you know he will always charge you fair price and do the best possible job for you.

We visited the company on the off chance they could help after searching hi and low to get exactly what we wanted. After spending time with Matthew who explained what he could do we left it with him. Just under a week later we received an email to say item was ready for collection. On picking item up I must say he exceeded our expectation. Communication cost and going that extra mile it was a pleasure to do business with him.

With the current Covid-19 Pandemic it was really difficult to find a gift for my Mother that she would enjoy within a reasonable budget and on a difficult time frame (couple of days). Having contacted this company, I was surprised to know they were opened but also with how speedy they would have engraved the gift.I had been contacting numerous companies within the Birmingham region, including high street stores such as Timpsons, to no avail due to the difficulty of engraving the gift (Mason Cash Mixing Bowl) for it is hard to engrave a rounded object unless it is being sent away. Not only did I get the engraving done, it was completed in a couple of hours and was reasonably priced for the service. I would definitely recommend this company for their services and thank them for there help in making my Mothers gift complete.
