Dear friends just a simple advice how good the service of Mrs R.Giannoudi are . I called to book an appointment and i was looked after at most quickest time I’ve would imagine. Mrs R.Giannoudi was calling me back to check with my attendance of the booking and making everything smooth for me .Also tho to mention when I get there she gave me warm welcoming I’ve seen in many years in similar departments, and the services she provides so smooth comparing in different departments where there are lots ofPeople working and you get not even 1 star of service . I would recommend taking the trip for the services Mrs R.Giannoudi provides even if is a couple of miles more than going somewhere else . Mrs Giannoudi is excellent. She helped me with my lost passport and provided me with timescales as to when I will be able to apply for a new one. I travelled from Manchester for my appointment and was not disappointed! Thank you for your help, for answering all of my questions and for all you do for us Mrs Giannoudi!

Mrs Giannoudi is the most amazing person I have met lately. Very professional and friendly she helped me with everything I needed.

What a helpful, professional, approachable person the Greek Consul is! She welcomed my friend and I with open arms, a warm smile and a comfortable seat. She dealt with us as quickly as she was able, given that she was dealing with a number of people at the same time, and she gave me her undivided attention when it came to my turn to be seen. She proceeded to inform, reassure and guide me as to the best course of action to take in order to obtain a sound outcome to some issues with which I'm faced. I can recommend her services with confidence. I left feeling that I had done the right thing in approaching the Consul for help and and confident that I would receive an efficient response to my queries, should I require further help.
