Lovely thai madssge from Eli! My back was hurting for months and she has sorted me out. Lovely lady, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommended

I paid £85 for a 90 min massage. Throughout the session the masseuse unfortunately did not listen to me. At one point she twisted my knee and caused sharp pain but continued when I asked her to stop. I told her about my right shoulder being Injured also but again multiple times she twisted and bent this up causing pain. She kept asking why I was resisting and I kept explaining and eventually I had to refuse to continue. I am a physiotherapist and get regular massages however the skill of the masseuse was sub par. At the end of the massage I asked for my money back but the manager would only listen to the angry masseuse and again the customer was not listened too.£85 is more on the expensive side for a massage so you expect quality but unfortunately for me this was not the case and the customer service was just as bad.

The best massages and such good value for money! Massage was personalised - I had a mix of Thai and Swedish for half an hour.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have just had the worst reflexology appointment I have ever experienced. I booked in for a specific lady, who I had waited three weeks for, only for another lady to walk in & I told her I was not booked in with her. She said unfortunately she was now the only one available and I would have to have her (you have to pay on the way in so it was take it or leave it).The lady I had was absolutely terrible, I have reflexology regularly and have never experienced anything like this. On the way out I spoke to the receptionist and told her how bad it had been and that I specifically booked in with another lady and she said that wasn't in the notes on the system (even though I watched my request be typed in when I booked) and she couldn't do anything, not even give me a partial refund or voucher. I will never return here and urge others to go elsewhere.

Very friendly and always a great service received. I always have a deep tissue Thai massage and reap so many rewards the following day after the initial aches quickly disappear.Place is clean and smells lovely!

Such a good massage. Thai mixed with warm oils. My husband and I have enjoyed a massage every week this last month because it's so helpful. He no longer gets leg cramp and I have more movement in my neck. Very nice, trained, professional and caring masseuses.

The Nattiya Baan Thai Massage studio is a well run and friendly establishment. It is immaculately clean and the Thai lady who gave me my Massage was professional and very thorough. In the afternoon after my special massage treat I did my regular yoga routine with great ease. A wonderful treat and highly recommended.

I love this place so much. My new favourite place for a Thai massage. I’ve been twice now and honestly if I could afford to go every week I would. I leave feeling so refreshed, stretched out and relaxed. If you love to actually like you’ve been massaged properly, this is your place!

My wife and I had a couples massage, it was absolutely amazing, we both left very happy and relaxed afterwards. I would recommend the deep tissue massage and the thai massage to anyone. Thank you for making mothers day really relaxing for my wife.

Had a hot stone and Thai massage as receptionist said this would assist with my tight muscles from the training I do. Before the treatment started there were a few concerns. They were 10 minutes late to start, and no apology. The headrest/headsupport on the massage bed was not secured to the massage bed, meaning if you move your head the head support moved with you. The flannel the masseus used to wipe my skin ahead of the treatment was far from warm making me tense as opposed to relaxed. The faulty headrest and cold flannel was brought to the masseus attention who was already aware of them and apologised. The masseus was a nice lady, she had poor English, but provided a tickle and rub which did not do any good for my tight muscles. I hoped the hot stone session would save the day...it did not. Stones were too hot and we had to wait 5 minutes for then to cool down. The experience was now ruined and I have to say this was the worse thai massage I've experienced. I brought my concerns to the receptionist, who simply said maybe this isn't for me" she simply did not care I have frequent thai massages
