Had my first yoga session which I really enjoyed, Julia was very concise with her instructions and welcomed me into the session very warmly. Would definitely recommend Julia as their instructor for any beginners or anyone already experienced.

I really enjoyed doing yoga at Yoga Shanti. Julija is patient and knowledgeable instructor. She guided us through various lessons and exercises. She gentle in her detailed corrections and her style of teaching is really clear and insightful. The studio is very clean and has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. It was s great start to my yoga journey.

Great yoga teacher, confident and know what's she teaching. Great attention to details and always helps individually, making sure everyone's posture is correct (not all teacher care). That gives me a feeling that I receive individual attention from the teacher which creates unique experience. Strongly recommend yoga classes with Yulia.
