Ordered an rtx 4060 for my son's university via Amazon this is what arrived from them. If I could give less I would Amazon have agreed to refund. It would have at least been believable if they sent a proof of order

It is alright sometimes. However the consoles, phones, games, etc. they sell here are very overpriced. They need to update the prices on the items. They used to be cheaper. But now they are very expensive so I mostly just walk past this place now. I always had a great experience with the staff however. Friendly and polite.

Poor experience unfortunately, I asked for a pair of headphones that were compatible with my phone and was given a incompatible pair and asked for a refund and was refused for hygiene reasons. Extremely unprofessional, Argos is a couple of doors down so you might be better off going There.

This store is supposed to sell Second hand items. I bought a used headphones and it was more expensive than a new one. I tried to return it, Just to be told they have a internal no return" policy. The phone cost 20£ and the same same one

The worst place that i bouth phone from i went i bouth motorola g6play i asked even before seeing it is it with the original charger and all the staff with the phone the guy was like yes i tested the phone and got home after i saw that the charger is huawei 5w instead of 10 w that comes with the phone and they said thats what we did no changing so TH WORST PLACE PLUS RUDE ATITUDE !!! And I asked is it with all parts so you lie to people that's nice

Been here few time my last visit was amazing as always and what better way than great staff even tho they had masks on could tell they where smiling and happy merry Xmas all

This place, hands down, has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Khalid is the rudest, most arrogant man I have ever come across. With violent threats and volatile words he displayed a complete lack of customer service and hospitality.This is obviously something that happens regularly as they felt the need to have a sign stating ‘Due to a shortage of robots, some of our staff are human and therefore react unpredictably when abused or under pressure.’ This does not excuse any of the behaviour that was displayed today.Through this the police where called and is currently been dealt with In the according manor.Safe to say I will not be returning.
