The food was delicious however we didn’t receive the lobster tail that was promised in the description and when contacting the company they were pretty useless when it came to resolving the problem. We went back and forth and were ultimately ignored. £80 was a lot of money to not receive one of the main components of the dish.

omg our sea food boil was delicious .good value for money and soooooo tasty.will definitely make a trip to Colchester again very soon.my only disappointment is i wish id ordered the bigger one as we didnt want our meal to end.

Seafood boil was a lot of fun and delicious too. Made a nice dinner party for us and a nice change. Service and communication was good. We'll be back again :-)

Waaayyyy to expensive for FROZEN seafood, this is cooked from someone's house not sure what I expected, was charged £100 for a frozen seafood platter very chewy and plastic not worth a penny, did ask for a partial refund but was not in her policy" AVOID litterly going to contact my bank as I feel scammed"

Great quality, tasty seafood at a good price which is so hard to find in London, but Claws & Tails do it so well!I drove from London to Colchester to pick up my order. I have to commend the service. Amazing food, ready to collect in such a good time, and overall great experience.I can't wait to be back. Thank you!
