Although they tried their best to satisfy me, the job was not as it should be. The paint match was poor and the new panel did not fit properly. Some of the paint edges were very rough. It is a shame as they did try hard but the job was not quite right.

Had taken my Audi S5 here to have a front bumper modification done.Some bodyshops just turned me away and didn't want the hassle of working with aftermarket parts, but Steve and the team took on the job and did a great job from start to finish.Good garage, good prices and fantastic people to deal with.

Needed some body work done. Very happy with the job - can hardly tell where the damage was. The guys are great - friendly, helpful and will try and get you the best price possible (if parts are needed etc.).

I wanted to write to say a huge thank you to Mark and his team at Chigwell Motor Works! The steering had a knocking noise and I made the call and got through to Mark. I was so impressed that he took the time to speak with me on the phone and immediately reassured me that it shouldn’t be too much of a problem to fix! We were so impressed with the kindness Mark showed from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble. He was incredibly professional and we picked up the car today and everything was fixed beautifully with the problem resolved! It’s very rare these days to find someone who has time for the customer and not always talking about cost. We would highly recommend Mark and his team at Chigwell Motor Works for his exceptional service and we will be back. Thank you for everything Mark!

These guys really bailed me out when my old Saab broke down in Chigwell. It's not my neck of the woods and 2 to 3 of the local mobile mechanics were at best indifferent to the job.....probably because it wasn't going to earn them a fortune!! The guys at CMW answered the phone first time, quoted me straight away (which included recovery) and did the job withing £20 of that quote. **Highly recommended**

Really impressed by the work quality provided, had the rockers cover gasket replaced on my Bmw for a really decent price.Definitely recommend!!Thank you!

Had a couple of problems with my car, one being a replacement of the clutch and a new clutch pedal. Everyone at Chigwell Motor Works have been brilliant. Great communication all the way through explaining what needed doing and sending pictures along the way. Highly recommend Steve, Mark and the gang.

As Chigwell Motor Works advertise that they specialize in German cars, and I was fed up being ripped of by the Mercedes dealership in Loughton I tried the garages services with an MOT and main service. CMW were friendly, inexpensive, and thorough when working on the car. Any faults for the MOT were fixed at no or little cost and advisories were avoided.That was 3 years ago and since then I’ve been back to Mark and the team for side and back painting (perfect colour match), new sunroof visor, Tyres, Discs and Pads, and various services as well as MOT’s. I have saved myself a fortune going to Chigwell Motor Works and can trust the guys implicitly to do a 5 star job on all aspects of the car.CMW is an old school garage where the customer and his car come first, time is taken on doing the best job and the cost is of exceptional value.Whatever car I have, it will only have work done at Chigwell Motor Works!

Absolute great job done by Steve and Mark, from ordering the parts to completing the work to top quality (door replacement). Steve also kept great communication with us throughout the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Thanks again!
