Very happy with my experience with these guys. I had an issue with my brakes, they fitted me in the next day. Really friendly staff, professional and willing to help. I have used ATS twice now, for tyre replacement and to investigate a problem. I’m very happy with the service I have received both times and will be continuing to use them for future issues. In particular I find Reece very helpful on phone and in person. I also highly recommend James, always takes the time to fully explain issues and give options. I always feel I’m treated with respect and I trust them. Thank you ATS.

Ordered tyres online and once I’d received a confirmation email, booked the day off work to have them fitted. A phone call a couple of hours before the fitting appointment to be told they don’t have the tyres and can I come in next week. Have asked for my money back as having my time wasted doesn’t get my business. Apparently refunds take 10 working days.

Came in with screw in tyre and noise from passenger side suspension. Mechanic at ATS found broken spring. They showed me what was wrong. Advised urgent repair. They where able to fix issues quickly and for an excellent price (under £300 for two replacement springs / fitting / tyre repair). Excellent service, will definitely be returning to this garage.
