My wedding ring was delivered today and I am absolutely over the moon with how it has turned out. Ebrahim went the extra mile to make sure the wedding band he was making would match my engagement ring perfectly.I found the price to be very reasonable for a bespoke diamond ring, especially when compared with what high street jewellers charge. The service was also excellent - Ebrahim was friendly and kept me up to date with everything that was going on and answered any questions quickly.I would happily recommend him to my friends and family and will definitely use Prominence Diamonds again for any future jewellery.

Just wanted to share a review of my experience with Ebrahim. He came to show us the ring on a day and time where everything was closed just to ensure we had the correct ring suited to our needs. He was communicating throughout and gave us recommendations to suit our needs. I wish this guy nothing but the best with his business and i am thankful he helped me find the correct ring.

I can not highly recommend Prominence Diamonds enough. The service from start to finish for my wifes engagement ring and subsequent wedding band was impeccable. I found this company through Instagram, it had been the 4th company I contacted, yet the 1st company to pick up the phone and give me a call. Their professionalism was 10/10 and I did not have to chase them up once, they always made contact with me first. After going to many stores, I finally came across prominence diamonds. Ebrahim made the whole process stress free, he listened to everything I wanted and made the perfect engagement ring. He went into endless detail over the whole process (to someone that didn’t really understand diamonds and rings). A very trustworthy and reliable person. I initially found Prominence Diamonds via Instagram. After looking at their page and seeing the exact ring design I've always had in mind for myself, I sent a DM to find out more information.Ebrahim was extremely responsive and very open to answering all of my diamond related queries (and there was a lot!) He even sent me videos of diamond size comparisons to help me make my decision. I went in knowing exactly what design I wanted, and with the guidance of Ebrahim, we created my dream engagement ring and wedding band set within my budget. I was able to choose my diamond (I went with a lab grown one) and was given ample information and certificates before deciding to go ahead with the purchase.After having such a pleasant experience with my set, I went ahead and ordered my fiancé's wedding band from Prominence Diamonds as well. Ebrahim was able to create my fiancé's wedding band from a reference picture and it came out perfectly.On top of that, Prominence Diamonds also offer a free engraving service so we were able to add an extra personal touch to our wedding bands.All of our communications were done online (via Instagram DM and then WhatsApp) and Ebrahim very kindly posted our rings to us (as we do not live in London). I couldn't be happier with the quality, finish and style of all three rings and the service was absolutely impeccable. I would 100% recommend going to Prominence Diamonds.
