I’ve just purchased a used car from HSH and was very happy with my experience.I spotted the car on their website and it had only just been added and at that point no pics had been uploaded but after a quick phone call I was sent photos of the car by Josh and this was extremely helpful.I went straight down that afternoon and met up with Josh,who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and thankfully he dealt with me right the way through the purchase.I’d definitely buy from here again and I would certainly ask for Josh to handle any future purchases.

My recent visit to the Honda dealership left me thoroughly disappointed. I walked in with the intention of purchasing a Honda Civic, but my experience there made me reconsider my decision.Upon entering the showroom, I expected to be greeted by a friendly and attentive salesperson, eager to assist me in my car-buying journey. However, I found myself waiting for what felt like an eternity, approximately 30 minutes, without anyone acknowledging my presence or offering to help.What struck me the most was the apparent disinterest of the dealership staff. While I waited, I couldn't help but notice that the employees were more engrossed in their own conversations and activities than attending to potential customers like me. It was as if I had become invisible in a showroom that should be dedicated to customer service.I understand that dealerships can be busy places, but that should not be an excuse for leaving a customer unattended for such an extended period. This experience left a lasting impression on me, and not a positive one.I was genuinely interested in the Honda Civic and had done my research before visiting the dealership. However, the lack of attention and customer service I experienced has led me to reconsider my purchase decision. I believe that buying a car should be a pleasant and engaging experience, but unfortunately, this visit was anything but that.Regrettably, I will be taking my business elsewhere, to a dealership where my time and interest are valued, and where the staff is committed to assisting customers promptly and professionally. Honda's reputation is built on quality and customer satisfaction, but my recent experience at this particular dealership fell far short of those expectations.

I visited Honda Bristol yesterday with my wife and sister with the view to buying a nearly new used car for my sister. We were served by Jo Faulkner who was absolutely brilliant. Straight talking, polite, welcoming and just everything you want from a Sales Person - we bought a great car and my sister is exceptionally please with it - thanks to Jo.

I visited Honda Bristol with my husband and sister in law yesterday. We were served by Jo (Joseph Faulkner) and I can honestly say he is the most charming and professional car sales person all of us have ever come across. My sister in law purchased a lovely car and drove it home the same afternoon - just such a relief to get such excellent service. Totally different to Honda Chiswick which gave appalling service!

Within 1 min of entering the showroom, the staff were attentive, receptive and eager to help with all of our questions and car decision making. We were guided to a specific salesman who dedicated 2 hours to ensuring we saw a variety of cars and test drives. Our trade in was reviewed with respect and a 'not insulting' value was offered.After 24 hours and further similar 'New Car' manufacturers showroom visits we returned to HSH Honda Bristol. Based not singularly on the wonderful drive experience of the new CR-V but the overall attention and yet further patience show by George, primarily but all of the staff who each had technical and product knowledge to offer.Our following purchase was dealt with, with just a much professionalism as expected.They made the whole process, relaxed and fun, we will certainly be returning in a few years for our next Honda. Thank you to George and his team...

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. We initially turned up to Bristol Honda (without appointment) to look at a car which unfortunately had just sold that day. However on speaking with Josh the sales executive we were told of an upcoming trade in of a suitable car from one of their regular customers.The communication from start to finish was excellent and the Jazz was exactly what we were after with full Honda service history, low owners and low mileage, the perfect used car!!Josh even arranged the upcoming service items to be carried out and fully fuelled the car as we had requested a slightly longer road test. All of which at no cost to ourselves as the price had already been agreed. I would definitely recommend Bristol Honda for a hassle free friendly and professional service without the pressure selling. I also appreciated the courtesy check!Thanks again.

Traded in my car for a Jazz at this dealership. I found the staff at all times polite, cheerful and helpful with a special recommendation for George Bedford in Sales. One small complaint about the purchased car was speedily dealt with to my entire satisfaction. I recommend this dealership and would use again without hesitation.

We are long term customers of Bristol Honda, not only because we love the high quality, engineering and reliability of Honda cars (between our family we have owned CRVs, Jazz's and a Civic all bought from HSH Motor Group) but just as importantly, the customer service is second to none; both in the Sales team and the Servicing team. Everyone is always very professional and so welcoming. Keep doing what you are doing and we shall definitely be back again!
