Absolutely horrific service. Order took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and then when it finally came, items were missing. We could not get in touch with the restaurant for 20 minutes, when they finally answered the phone the lady was completely unapologetic and incredibly unhelpful. It took us 10 minutes to convince her to send some rice and prawn toast again, that was nearly half an hour ago and it still hasn’t arrived. The food was also bland and just tasted of salt. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a special fried rice no pork extra mushrooms & although I waited a little while for my order as soon as I opened the container it was well presented & was actually the best Chinese I've had post lockdown so freshly cooked & full of flavour with a bag of prawn crackers thrown in. Thoroughly enjoyed it

Ordered from here last night... the battered sweet chilli chicken was drier than the sahara desert and their shrimp fried rice was horrendous, it tasted odd and the rice was bland. I notified them and said i didn't want my money back and they offered to attempt to make the chicken again to which I accepted, only for it to arrive and be just as dry.Delivery driver was argumentative and wanted me to give him the chicken I had already threw in the bin, in exchange for the 2nd batch of chicken, even after i told him it was in the bin!I would stay away from here for your own health sake

We've had take away deliverys from Jade Garden Chester rd quite often. And i can say from ordering over the phone i found the young lady is very pleasant and polite & delivery guys are also polite. Our food order is Hot & delivered within the hour. I have no complaints with the food or delivery.

Ordered chicken Chow mein and salt and pepper chicken peices. Sloppy chow mein, and the chicken peices were like left over batter, there's more meat in chicken nuggets from the freezer, these were so bad and un eatable. If I was driving I would have taken it back 100%. It was that bad I have come online to give it a review, like a proper Karen.
