Extremely helpful staff who responded to my questions by return. Very fast delivery on both of my orders.

I ordered a battery for the fireplace and had no other option then to pay £6.95 for next day delivery. After 2 working days I still hadn't received the battery, without any notification from Budget Batteries. When I called them, they said they would look into this, since it was probably an issue with parcelforce and they would call me back to update me. 6 hours later I still hadn't heard back. When i called them back they said again they were looking into this and would call me back within the next 15 minutes. Again they didn't call back. The battery was delivered the next day. I completely understand that any issues with the courier company was out of Budget Batteries' control. But not returning customer calls when you keep saying I'll call back is very poor customer service and I found it very disappointing.

Ordered a battery online, for my shaver as it was not lasting long on a charge and found this great website online that happens to be in the town I live, never knew they were there.It was delivered very quick, much quicker than I was expecting and was packaged very well, now have a shaver working as new, seems the battery I ordered was the correct one.There website is really good it has all the data sheets and info on the batteries that I found frustrating when searching on amazon and eBay now I know we’re to go in future for batteries.

I never write reviews but I felt in this case compelled to share my experience so as to indicate to other a great business.I really saw the mettle of the business, when UPS failed to deliver the product, and were unreachable. After not getting anywhere with them I reached out to Callum and explained that I urgently needed the package by the weekend for my work. I asked if there was anything they could do from their side to fix the issue, and upon him also getting no further forward with UPS, he promptly emailed me back and said they were sending out a completely new order with FedEx instead, by priority post and that they would just sort a claim with UPS afterwards by themselves.I received the product a day later just in time for my work event.I've seldom had such a positive, helpful and transparent experience with a business.Thank you to Callum and his team.
