Big premises. Dry cleaning, cleaning and alterations on offer. But expensive duvet cleaning. Receive cleaned duvets back in zip canvass bags. That's nice, but a bag every time means lots of bags accumulate, and no doubt adds to cost of cleaning.

Madisons is the best dry cleaners I have used since I moved to the area of Ewell in 2005. With my old dry cleaners I was always disappointed and felt I could of done a better job, but Madisons dry cleaners are perfect!The owner is very friendly and lovely and prices are very reasonable.

Unfortunately I didn't have as good an experience with customer service as the other reviewers. I took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned and was told it would take 2-3 weeks and they would call. 2 months later I went in to find out what was going on as hadn't hear anything and was adamantly promised it would be ready to collect the following week. 3 weeks later I went back as assumed it must surely be ready but STILL not done so I'm taking it elsewhere. I appreciate they are busy but 3 months for what I was told would take 2-3 weeks is just too long.

Have used them twice now (large duvet & 2 sofa covers) - both times excellent results and really good on price. Would thoroughly recommend them.
