Thomas was excellent! He was reliable and accurate. Our loft, despite being a small loft due to the shape of our house, has been transformed and we have an exceptionally helpful storage space now! From first contact to completion of the loft ladder installation, Thomas provided an excellent, high quality service. He was prompt in responding to emails, punctual in attending for the initial quotation visit and also on the date for installation. The information he provided about the job and initial quote were informative and accurate.During installation Thomas tidied up all mess made, which was minimal and was courteous throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.
