Don't expect them to deliver what you ask for spent £7000 and delivered 4 items incorrect one item being wrong torch on sheet delayed job for 1 week was told then a charge to refund and collected elsewhere cost another delivery charge very poor service no compensation or ownership on mistakes

We rang ahead to confirm stock of some paving and was told it was in stock and we could see it,on arrival we went to the sales desk and asked the employee if we could see the product who then directed us to the yard staff to show us. We ask if he could show us some of the paving and was told no it was all wrapped up so we asked do you have any samples so we can chose the color etc sorry no we do not and that was the end of the conversation with him. Ridgeons need to up there game and try to sell an item rather than let customers walk away, an online company sends out samples and catalouges so you could be more help full.
