I couldn’t get my Singer Industrial 331K4 to sew properly and was gradually going mad until I took it to this wizard who knew EXACTLY what to do, did it, did NOT charge a King’s ransom and now my machine is sewing as perfectly as the day it left the factory about sixty years ago ! Thank you Graeme !

I messaged Graeme about my overlocker which was playing up, he messaged back straight away and offered to look at it the next day!I dropped my machine and it was ready 45 mins later, all issues fixed and fully serviced. Graeme is really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he had serviced on the machine. It now runs like a dream! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- money well spent

Graeme is the ultimate professional. I left a message which he answered promptly. We arranged for the required repair and service for the following morning, and in just over an hour after I’d dropped off my sewing machine it was ready to collect and working smoothly and efficiently. Not only did he do a brilliant repair and full service, he took time to give good advice on the maintenance of the machine and useful tips on using it more efficiently. I was very impressed, and would highly recommend Graeme for his obvious expertise and professionalism. Many thanks.

Really efficient service. Collected two machines from my home (I am within 3 miles of the business) at about 4pm one day, and dropped them back at 10.15 the next morning. Even managed to get a machine I had been given free working, so I can now use it in sewing workshops (Blissful Remakes). Would highly recommend.

I called Graeme to see if he could re-set part of the mechanism in an Elna 680+ sewing machine. I dropped it off before lunchtime that day to have the repair carried out and the machine serviced and was delighted to have a ‘phone call a couple of hours later to say the work was completed. Graeme was absolutely fantastic! So quick and efficient in doing a full service on our sewing machine. The machine now runs so quietly and smoothly and is such a joy to use compared with the loud and clunky job it did before being serviced. Brilliant service and such expertise in fixing machines!
