I had such wonderful customer service, Will was amazing he recommended great vape and he smelled really nice. Jess served me and was cracked behind the sticks (the till). They also played smiths my favourite band so would definitely recommend and go there and buy vapes

Walked into the shop today and brought a new vape met a nice lady called Ellen she showed me how to use it and refill it was very helpful and made me feel comfortable would 100% recommend for this pretty young lady

Stopped by to get screen on my XS Max repaired, It was done by William within 20 minutes! Couldn't be happier it looks brand new, grabbed a lost mary while I was waiting and Kody explained to me that long term I was wasting a lot of money, he showed me the Caliburn A2s and bar juice, and for the same price as the lost marys I get like 5 times the amount!? Mind blown, I wish I'd known before getting hooked on the disposables. This is much cheaper and more sustainable!

Worst phone shop I’ve been too. Asked them if they could fix my phone and they said they have to send it to London to see. Which was fine as they said it would only be 3-4 working days. 2 weeks later they had no idea where the phone was and still wasn’t back. I then went on holiday the following week with no phone.When I came back off holiday the phone still wasn’t there. A week later my phone comes back and I get told they can’t fix it anyway.Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.
