Sadly we don’t think these guys are trading legally. Two orders, no VAT Invoices. No answer to emails or phone calls. How many times do we need to ask for this?

AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!I payed them £250 for four foam boards they call vflat. It is not vflat it's foam board that I have to make vflat. This is the smallest problem. The day I ordered they said they do next day delivery. They did not, anyway. At the day of delivery I noticed my product was damaged. I called them instantly they adviced to send pictures which I did. No reply at all. Then I had to call them and they promised they send replacement. They did not. After I called them for nearly two weeks with patience every day and they were keep promising they post it the same day. I told them also I was going on a short trip and by the time I'll be back I need the product for a job that has been already payed. They still did not deliver but they were offering refund on one board. Funnily their product is four of them and since you cannot do much with one it is not a nice thing from them to say.Now I am on holiday I called them again he knows I am away and now he is saying he can only send replacement if they can pick up the damaged one. They knew I won't be at home this I was repeating to them for two weeks I have proof in my phone call log. Now he said this is why he cannot deliver. I said to the man they failed to correct their mistake for two weeks and now they are trying to just rip me off he just said it was his son not him (not my problem) he hang the phone on me. When I called back he was very arrogant and when I said I will write this review and call trading standards he said in a rude way 'ok call them.'One they get your money they don't feel responsible for damage. Now no chance I can do a booked job on tuesday because of them. I have to refund session fee and all so I lose money more because of their lies for two weeks.Do not buy anything from them. AVOID. I CALL TRADING STANDARDS FIRST THING TOMORROW AND GO TO SMALL COURT CLAIMS FOR FULL REFUND.Daniel
