The French style saucisson tastes disgusting and is not even anything similar to a cured saucisson like they sell in France.I wonder if the producer has ever tried a French saucisson.The price is also extortionate at £7/sausage.Why does a company in the heart of the UK try to copy different products from around Europe?And they are not very good at it either.

I am absolutely gobsmacked at the poor quality of your chorizo, especially considering how bloody expensive it is! £5 per tiny slither of chorizo!! In hindsight, I'm not sure why I thought a company in the heart of the cotswold would have any idea how to make authentic chorizo. It tastes disgusting, it is so far detached from what chorizo is meant to taste like.
