Had to return a charging cable that was fault after some help from the call centre problem was fixed and replacement was delivered the next day, thank you for your help and quick response.

I really liked going to this business, the staff is very attentive and helpful. I found the tools I was looking for right here. They have everything we need to do our work safely, comfortably and at good prices.

Very rude service just now by black guy at the desk didn’t get a name. Talking to me like he’s on the road refusing cash payment looking at me in a demonising way. Training needed for this idiot

Did not have the original receipt and these 3 guys assisted to get the item refunded.They were very professional and welcoming.I live far out but just for the customer service they provided il definitely be returning.Thank you all

Went in there to pick up a item and wasn't welcoming actual or even good customer service will be going to another Screwfix next time.

The service here by far surpasses any that can be expected from a hardware store. The staff are polite, efficient and calm. I've been going here several times weekly for over 2 years and rarely has there been a problem but where there has, they have done everything to resolve it quickly and without stress. Would be great if the service was this good everywhere but alas, the struggle continues...

Always great service and value products. They have to put up with some very challenging customers and their insane question. Some of whom don't seem to know how shops work. I think they do it well and keep their cool.

Staff were a rude when we questioned an order for click and collect. Not listening and dismissive. Only one took moment to check our query as others showed annoyance. Store itself convinient and easy to get to.

Ordered some flooring and within minutes it was ready to collect instore. No waiting at the store and the polite and helpful assistant helped with a query re what product might help me with a problem. Very good experience all round.

Went to get a Nest Thermostat for a new boiler. Went to screw fix Sydenham, was showing 9 in stock. Went in Semi, an employee, said the didn’t have any! So I said no bother can you check the other stores he states they didn’t have any, I informed him they all showed in stock.Anyway went to all other stores, curry’s and B&Q etc… nothing.Last resort go to another Scew fix. Called head office to check stock and they tell me to go back to Sydenham as they have confirmed it’s in stock.Got to the store, spoke to a much more helpful employee, didn’t get his name, who told me they had them and got it with in seconds. I stated him colleague had told me they didn’t have any, Semi laughed and words where exchanged “it’s must of been too early for you bro” Semi laughed, no apology. Appalling service.
