Nice store with lots of useful items at a reasonable price. We can buy nice products cheap price .A self check out till would have been useful considering the long queue.

Since the transition from One Below in the Lower Precinct to One Beyond in West Orchards, the only thing that went beyond" is my patience. The place seems/is much smaller and cramped and absolutely nothing has been thought through with regard to till placement and queues

Went in this morning, Range of items are available, good location. The only thing was 1 till was operating, then the queue built up then they got 2 tills going but still people waiting as it was a slow process. I guess it's a new shop so they will learn from this.

Staff clearly think it’s okay to make fun of their customers, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and all I was doing was browsing, won’t be back and this was my first visit

Nice store with lots of useful items at a reasonable price. A self check out till would have been useful considering the long queue.I was quite disappointed by the lady at the till with dark curly hair who comfortably grabbed white chocolate and started eating while serving me at the till. I understand the pressure of the job and the need to eat but the manner in which it was done was very unprofessional.
