My old butcher unfortunately closed down, so I went here on the recommendation of some friends. They weren't wrong! The amount of choice is brilliant, and everything I've had from this butcher has been delicious. They also sell pet mince, which my puppy absolutely loves, and you can get really nice dog bones too, nice and fresh with some meat still on them.The only thing I wish they'd do is dry-aged steak, but I guess there just isn't the market for it.It's a cracking butcher, and by getting your meat (and various other local produce) here you're supporting local business, local farming, and you're getting top-quality food. Definitely worth coming here!By the way, try their Chinese style ribs - they're out of this world! The chicken burgers are epic too, especially with their own coleslaw - that stuff blows the bland supermarket stuff totally out the water!TL;DR - Quality food, tastes great, definitely recommend them.

We’re travelling Aussies and I called in today to select something for tonight’s dinner. I asked for some thicker cut sirloin steaks, which were obligingly done.The service was very courteous.I cooked the steaks rare and they were superbly tender and flavoursome. Thank you guys!
