STAR Turkish barber r.w.b

I have been going to this barbers for several years and the sevice has always been pretty good. This week I took my son for his monthly trim and decided to have mine cut too. There was a guy in the chair before me, and he had to dash out to get some extra cash as their prices had once again gone up since the last time we were in. The guy then started to trim my hair and beard, when the previous guy returned with the missing £10 and complained that the same barber had missed some hair around his neck, the barber then proceeded to shave the guys neck with the same shaver that he had used on me. When he had finished he then returned to me and proceeded to start trying to shave me again, when I said could he change the shaver" he turned to his colleague

Very good every time

I’ve only recently started using these guys and up until yesterday they have been really good! However my experience with one of the barbers I hadn’t seen before was utterly shocking! As I walked in he just finished cutting someone else’s hair, he told me to sit in the chair then proceeded off outside to smoke. Once he returned he asked what I wanted i explained and showed him a picture so he knew….The gentleman proceeded to walk/move at the pace of a snail constantly yawing and taking little care in his work meanwhile there was a younger lad in the chair next to me who had been there 10 or so minutes before me and he asked for the other barber to sort out his curls on top. To which the bloke cutting my hair shouted we don’t deal with curly hair…. I could clearly see the concern on this teens face as they had already started his trim.. it was at that moment I lost complete confidence in the barber that was cutting my hair no Offer to style it post cutting clearly didn’t want to be there and at that point neither did I.I payed and left not even a thank you from him. In business It takes a lifetime to build good costumers and a second to loose them I will no longer use this barbers as I’ve lost confidence in the competence of its staff.

sorry guys you were very polite but having brought my nephew into have simple haircut 2 days ago there is a major communication/language issue. having said several times to have short on the sides and left long on the top, by the time I had hung up my coat a severe all over grade 4/5 buzz cut had begun. it was a good cut although the clippers had to be changed part way through due to being blunt and hurting him! If you want a shave cut, great but anything else?? sorry but no
