Absolutely amazing! Had an outhouse with asbestos roofing. Really easy to talk to Tony and sort out a date with the team to come and take it down. They where brilliant from start to finish. Took 3 hours to take down where I thought it would have taken a lot longer to do. Now the garden looks that much bigger! So glad I chose you guys to come and take it down! Definitely recommend and if I ever find asbestos again I'm coming back to you! Thank you so much for taking away a rotten old asbestos covered outhouse!

Efficient and agile. Requested a quote domestic asbestos removal mid morning, reply with good price came early afternoon. Another company quote came in later that afternoon at 3 times the Knox price, so asked Knox when they could do the removal. Next day was the reply. Bagging and cleanup happened as promised. All complete at a fair price.

Excellent customer service. Tony went above and beyond to attend my property at short notice to assess my loft after I was advised there could be asbestos. Tony was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process etc. The price was also very competitive. I would highly recommend this company as professional and reliable.

Thanks Tony for your quick responses to enquiries made. Also for sorting the work that was done in removing asbestos inside and around our fireplace; found when the old back boiler was taken out. This had caused us some stress at first, but was professionally dealt with by the guys who came to remove it. All was done to HSE standards leaving us confident that all was left safe.

Tony was great, really helpful and explained the differences in asbestos types to me. He did a thorough survey of the property, which I'm hoping to buy. He also gave an estimate of the costs of any removal, if I'm likely to disturb any of it by doing renovation work. This is an excellent company. I haven't needed to use an asbestos company before, but I needed to get a quote for the removal of my old garage. They came out to assess it and confirmed that the roof was asbestos. A quote followed for removal of the whole garage (I wanted the whole thing to go, not just the roof) and I went ahead. The workers were grafters and got on with things from start to finish. Safety masks/overalls were worn and they were very professional. I'm always a bit wary of having workmen in but I had no problem at all with these men. Their organising and 'getting the job done' attitude was second to none. Thank you Knox Facilities.
