People buy people and when you meet Luke, you will probably get the same overwhelming sense of trust in him and his approach that I got. I appreciated the personal care he took to guide me through what mattress and bed I needed without initially sharing costs, which made my decision easier and quicker. He also has this way of dumbing down the encyclopedia of sleep comfort that he is for simpletons like me. There was a minor issue with delivery but this is where you really see the sense of care and attention, when he personally reached out in the evening and dealt with everything professionally to have it resolved the next day. Inspired confidence and I'll be buying from him again. Thanks Luke

I recently ordered a double ottoman bed with a tall headboard in a colour called denim. I had trawled through the Internet many times, and visited a couple of other bed shops. For a variety of reasons the other shops didn't have what suited me, and were more expensive! As for the Internet! How can you buy a bed that you haven't seen in the flesh, more importantly the mattress! You have to lay on it every night. This is where I found my experience with Simply Beds perfect. Customer service top class no sales pressure, visited twice before I ordered. Delivery great and set up. Would honestly recommend to anyone .

I always purchase my mattresses from Luke. He is friendly and helpful and always shares his knowledge. Recently Luke helped me when a flat above me had a leak which ruined my mattress. Luke was absolutely brilliant and he helped me to order immediately. Great service Great mattress!

After visiting 4 different bed shops and not finding what we wanted, my partner encouraged me to visit Simply Beds just to see what they had on offer. I was very pleasantly surprised with the range of quality beds and mattresses available and the value too. Luke the owner was very patient and knowledgeable and gave us all the advice we needed to make the right choice. We opted for a super king Harrison Spinks mattress on an ottoman base and I can safely say it’s the best bed we have ever had. So soft and comfortable yet firm and supportive. We are over the moon with our purchase and would definitely recommend Simply Beds.

We had a wonderful shopping experience with Simply Beds. Luke provided polite and professional service, offering good and knowledgeable advice. He answered our questions without pressuring us to make a purchase and presented numerous options for a bed and mattress for our son. Although there was a supplier mistake with the bed delivery (one of the drawers on the bed base was on the wrong side), it was promptly and efficiently resolved to our satisfaction. We were consistently kept informed, and the promised timelines were adhered to. I highly recommend Simply Beds for their wide range of options and their personable service.

Fantastic service, they are by appointment only but Luke let us in nevertheless, and even helped us to half an hour past closing time. What I found most impressive is the fact that he knew I was looking at multiple places with a small budget from the start, and he still went above and beyond to show us everything that he could. Would give more stars if possible, genuinely impressive service. Walked away with a mattress for delivery, and definitely my choice for future buys.
