Autoglass Basingstoke

Finally fixed the whistling noise I've had since my last Tesla windscreen repair, very happy!

Disgusting customer service.The guy that fitted my windscreen broke part of the trim on my car by snagging it on his seat cover and spilt some hardener on my front wing I pointed it out and the guy admitted it and said warranty team will contact me (accidents happen) warranty team took nearly a month and the guy from the warranty team assessed the damage, took loads of photos and said someone will contact me shortly to fix it. After months and dozens of phone calls to autoglass I still have not heard anything. I have now fixed the damage through a 3rd party and will be emailing an invoice for the repairs to autoglass as instructed by a solicitor.

Offish bloke at Basingstoke autoglass ..didnt want to know.Requested a next day call back, it took 2 days.Price when it finally arrived was extortionate.

The lady I spoke to seemed very put out that I was searching around for quotes and wanted to book me in there and then. They also wanted to go through insurance which I wasn't too keen on as nothing had been stolen from my van...It's worth phoning LITERALLY ANYONE else if you're paying for yourself. For a driver’s side front quarter which some lowlife put through...Autoglass wanted £529 fittedOther larger national companies came back at £193 and £2412 local guys came back, one at £160, one at £139, with much better reviews than Autoglass it must be said!On top of this, Autoglass genuinely tried to upsell me, not just an extortionately priced piece of glass, but new wiper blades and an entire new windscreen!! Neither of which I needed. Fortunately, I (not so) politely declined this, but I imagine some people would be very shaken and vulnerable if their vehicle had just been broken in to, and then fact that Autoglass are trying to capitalise on this is distasteful to say the least.Give your money to someone that deserves it, especially if you're forking out on behalf of someone that doesn't deserve it after they've stolen from you. Go with Autoglass and you're basically being robbed twice!

I nearly did 4* as when we arrived on time the place was not open.Finally someone did arrive and greeted me and apologised for the inconvenience and explained the reason why.We went through the details and the technicalities with my cameras and safety systems on my Q5 and all seems good and reassuring.The job turnaround was excellent and the curtisy call was informative and apologetic for the time mismanagement in the morning.All in all an excellent experience and service.

Booked appointment after 3 weeks. They ordered the wrong windscreen. While waiting for them to order the new windscreen and rebook an appointment, they just cancelled and refunded me the money.No calls, no emails. No contact info.

Booked the car in- left the car with them for the afternoon. Car was all done when I arrived later on. Clean, tidy and re calibrated. Daniel did a fantastic job. Really happy with his high level of service thanks

After 3 weeks of chasing, I'm told there's a further 2+ months delay in getting the glass (The manufacturer tells me it's 10-12 working days). Then accused the manufacturer of effectively lying. Disorganised and awful service.
