The arrangements for the initial meeting seemed professionally managed and communicated well.I thought that the lawyer I was assigned to, Mr Cruikshank, seemed to take time to understand the situation and gave clear guidance on what the next steps would be. I was advised I would hear from them in due course.After three weeks of silence, I called to ask what was happening. I was told I would get a call back, I called again a couple of days later, again I was told I would get a call back. I then sent an email asking for clarity as to when the action would be taken or what the delay was. I received no response. The following week, I called back. Told I would get an update. None was forthcoming.I decided at that point to relieve them from representing me. This simple request seemed to much to respond to promptly, I can only wonder what would happen had I chosen to continue to let them represent me once the action is in process.I can only assume they have too many clients and do not have the resources to manage them effectively.

I have tried to purchase a house in Rightmove that this solicitors is selling. They don’t return your emails or answer messages. Having finally gotten a hold of Paul I said I wanted to buy the house, I would be putting in a note of interest. He said there was no need as it wasn’t going to a closing date and I could just offer. The next day when I went to offer, the site showed the property was now under offer!?!Again Paul has ignored my emails / messages. So I have missed out on buying this house due to their unprofessionalism and ineptitude.

Okay for counting but not gd when the child gets put with the wrong mother.5*****
