Armen Firman was of great use in helping the upgrade and renovation of my commercial property. After an initial enquiry over the phone an Engineer arrived to site within a day to gather all the information required for his works but also provided some great advice as to how to streamline my building regulation process. After a walk around the site the engineer was friendly enough to advise on other aspects of my construction such as utilities and new innovative materials on the market. Drawings and information were turned around in advance of the time initially promised. I would definitely recommend this company!

We needed a Structural Survey Urgently due to 8 weeks being wasted by other companies. Moundhir came to the RESCUE taking a phone call out of hours listening intuitively and within the same week coming out on site and completing the survey. We have been overwhelmed by the dedication of work and professionalism. I would recommend Armen Firman for their quality of work, speed and most of all Moundhir is a very polite individual who really does go the extra mile. I recently commissioned Armen Firman to do some structural drawings for an upcoming project. They were quick to respond, the drawings produced were greatly detailed and the cost was also reasonable for the work involved. They will now be my first choice for structural drawings in future.

I contacted Moundir at Armen Firman to get a Structural Engineer's Survey done on a house I'm hoping to purchase. He was fantastic, arranging an engineer to visit the property within the week, reorganising the appointment for the next day when the vendor could no longer accommodate the first appointment made, and delivering the report within 4 working days of the engineer's visit. The report itself was clear and very detailed and will allow us to move forward with the purchase of the house. Thank you for your hard work.

I had an internal wall removed to open up the kitchen and dining rooms previously, but in order to get sign off from building regs, I needed a structural engineer to provide beam calculations for building control. A date to come and visit my property was quickly booked in by Armen with the report completed shortly afterwards all for a competitive price. We did receive sign off with no issues as well so I would recommend!

Great service. I had contacted other companies who, due to the nature of my building and the design for my extension were reluctant to take on the job. I contacted Armen Firman, they responded quickly and due to time constraints on my build actually came to a site visit over the weekend. My drawings were completed within the week. We used Armen Firman for some structural calculations and drawings for our house renovation.They were quick to respond, really professional and spent time on the free consultation/house visit talking us through their approach and answering any questions we had.Following the visit they were really efficient getting us the calculations and drawings.Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
